Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to join our team at Banksia Grove Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to lead your own room and work collaboratively with our dedicated team of educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.

  • As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to achieve better outcomes for children. You will also collaborate with our Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.

  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.

  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and the community to ensure that every child receives a high-quality education.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent.

  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

  • Current Working with Children Check.
