We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Manager to join our team. As an integral leader, you will work alongside a dedicated team to deliver high-quality education and care, as well as exceptional customer service for our children, families, and community.
About the Service
We have a 112-place triple-story service, located near the beach. The service caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 6 rooms and 3 outdoor play areas, as well as a unique atelier. We have a strong management team that will coach and guide you through your career.
Key Responsibilities
- To lead and impact the change of our future leadership teams
- To manage staff and ensure smooth operation of the service
- To provide in-the-moment coaching to the team
- To work closely with the leadership team to deliver excellent educational practices
Requirements
- A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience in leading a team within a childcare service
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
- A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one

About You
