About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Strategic HR Business Partner for Food Solutions. You will work closely with senior leaders to understand challenges and opportunities that drive business success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruitment teams to source top talent.
  • Support delivery of operational HR activities, change initiatives, and employee engagement.
  • Design and implement HR frameworks aligned with business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HRBP or similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, drive change, and use initiative.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation.
