**Your future in food starts here | HR Business Partner - Cuisine Solutions**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Working at our new secondary processing facility in Caloundra West, this green fields site will see the successful HRBP partner with the Senior Leaders to understand challenges and opportunities that deliver solutions which drive a high-performance culture. You will also support the delivery of the KGF overall business and HR strategy by driving operational HR activities, change initiatives and employee engagement, supporting a high-performance team environment.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have experience working within a manufacturing or food processing environment, where you are used to rolling your sleeves up and dealing with matters as they arise. You will also have had experience in leading, developing and implementing a new process or project within a work environment. You will have exceptional conflict management and negotiation skills, combined with high level communication that allows you to deal and influencing within a business environment, at all levels and with a variety of key stakeholders.

**YOUR RESPONSILBITIES**
- Partner with recruitment team to drive sourcing of talent for new team.
- Partner with leaders and managers to understand challenges and opportunities that deliver solutions that will drive a high-performance culture (client group).
- Support to deliver the KGF and HR strategy by driving operational HR activities, change initiatives, high performing culture, and employee engagement.
- Design and implement the right HR Framework for the new value add (secondary processing) facility which is aligned to the Food Solutions strategy.
- Provide governance, compliance and cadence around HR systems and framework.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**

**You will have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years at HRBP or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to influencing, driving change and using initiative.
- Strong knowledge of ER legislation.
- Demonstrated strong internal and external stakeholder management.
- Proven collaborative, customer focus that develops practical solutions.
