About the Role:

The Insights Manager will serve as a strategic advisor to our organization, leveraging consumer insights to drive business growth across APAC markets.

This key role will play a leading part in projects covering brand and product research, providing actionable recommendations to inform initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have experience in brand health tracking, syndicated research, and designing and managing product research.

  • Develops and implements custom consumer research from start to finish.
  • Manages innovation research, thematic testing through sensory testing.
  • Leads the day-to-day management of Regional Brand Equity Tracking programs.
  • Manages multiple teams of research vendors.
  • Identifies and monitors consumer trends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and communication of actionable results to stakeholders.
  • Quality control, delivery of research on time and within scope.
  • Development of research briefs and questionnaire development.
  • Presentation of thoughtful insights to Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
