About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Analyze Food Trends: Stay on top of emerging consumer needs and analyze market gaps to inform innovation strategy.
  • Develop Product Innovation Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a product innovation roadmap aligned with business goals and sustainability commitments.
  • Lead Multiple Innovation Projects: Oversee multiple innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Cultivate Internal Partnerships: Build strong relationships with internal partners to support innovation and product development.
