Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Strategist to lead the development of our consumer product range throughout the product life cycle.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of digital marketing and brand management, including collaboration with the Chief Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager;
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the financial, sales and consumer ratings of all consumer products;
  • Supporting all aspects of product commercialisation, including designing and developing packaging, labelling, product brochures and patient brochures, as well as developing and implementing launch plans;
  • Working closely with the US marketing and sales team to continually build out their product knowledge, and provide them with the insights, positioning, messaging and content required to drive sales in the market;
  • Conducting market and competitor research to develop an in-depth understanding of the target market and customer insights;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies that meet business objectives;
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product launches and improvements;
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and emerging technologies;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise product opportunities;

Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications in a marketing related discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Product Management role essential, ideally with exposure to NPD and product marketing within a consumer product environment in the medical/pharmaceutical and/or pharmacy industry;
