About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Organisational Development Specialist to join our dynamic and supportive team. As a key member, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and cyclical people-related activities across business units.

This unique role offers a heightened focus on conducting case management across the People and Culture Business Partner team while managing a smaller client portfolio with full partnering scope. You will also have hands-on involvement in shaping forward-looking organisational development projects.

The People and Culture Business Partners play a critical role in advising on people practices, policies, and procedures and partnering with business units to drive compliance, performance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carr[y] a heightened focus on conducting case management across the wider People and Culture Business Partner team.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for business units to provide advice and guidance on strategic initiatives.
  • Manage employee and industrial relations matters within business units, driving outcomes and mitigating risk.
  • Contribute to change management initiatives and apply knowledge to create cultural initiatives that embed our values.
