Job Description

An exciting opportunity awaits a skilled Business Development Marketing Strategist to join the Royal Caribbean Group in Sydney. Reporting to the Commercial Marketing Director, this key role will focus on developing and executing B2B marketing strategies that drive commercial sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to plan and execute campaigns that meet trade partners' needs, driving revenue growth and a strong return on investment.
  • Develop and manage content calendars for B2B trade media investments, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across departments, including Sales, Marketing & PR, Commercial, Operations, and Revenue.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to define and align seasonal marketing calendars, incorporating product, retail, and brand activity.
  • Design and deliver trade webinars focused on marketing education, keeping Celebrity Cruises top of mind and driving revenue.
  • Assist the Sales team in creating support materials and presentations beyond corporate marketing assets, ideating and producing sales aids (brand flyers, toolkits, tactical selling aids).
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing and/or communications, preferably in travel and tourism.
  • Proven ability to work with a multi-location team, ideally within a global brand or business.
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing and/or tourism is desirable.
