We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our high-performing product team. As a key player at swipejobs, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and user engagement. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with business objectives and resonate with our target audience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategic marketing plans to support business growth and market expansion
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and content teams to execute campaigns across multiple channels (social, digital, email, etc)
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve performance
  • Support brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand planning, or digital marketing, preferably in tech or recruitment sectors
  • Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and strategic solutions to meet marketing objectives
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and sales teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
