Maintenance Director

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be working directly for the landlord in a unique leadership position.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the work assignments of maintenance personnel.
- Maintain common areas, including amenity spaces.
- Provide maintenance services, including preventive building works and gardening.
- Handle resident work orders efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain equipment in residential and common areas.
Experience is required in facilities management, mechanical building systems, and budgeting. A thorough understanding of maintenance, hard and soft services, and capital projects is also essential. Leading a team is advantageous.
