Maintenance Director

As a maintenance leader, you will be responsible for implementing and managing continuous improvement in maintenance processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar position, with relevant trade qualification and/or manufacturing/engineering degree. Strong leadership and teamwork skills are essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a strong safety awareness and attitude.
Schedule contractors for plant service and/or repair works, maintain all maintenance records, and conduct risk assessments as required. A bit about you:

- Capable of flexible work arrangements, including early or late starts and rostered public holidays and weekends as required
