Job Description

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations across completed construction sites.

This includes managing maintenance planning, staff coordination, compliance, safe working practices and customer satisfaction.

You will also oversee onsite Maintenance team, and Administrative Support staff to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks and administrative processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure smooth operation of equipment and facilities.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of maintenance professionals to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in managing a maintenance/warranty team.

Advanced level of skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Solutions orientated with ability to be hands on when required.
