The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include coordinating trades and services to minimize downtime, managing a team of professionals to meet KPI targets, setting maintenance and warranty targets in line with industry standards, referring to Victorian Standards and Tolerances and BCA's for defect rectification standards, liaising with clients regarding maintenance requirements, reviewing and checking maintenance and warranty reports.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory or management role, advanced skills in Microsoft Office, excellent time management and organisational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
