Job Title: Regional Communications Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity to work in partnership with communication managers and officers to develop and maintain an integrated regional communications project list and calendar, managing communications activities to time, cost, and quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop communication and stakeholder engagement strategies and plans, including the identification of educational and promotional information, to assist in the management of community information and engagement needs.
  • Coordinate the delivery of events, workshops, campaigns, and community consultation activities to maximise community engagement and feedback.
  • Contribute to the implementation of community education and capacity building initiatives by facilitating meetings and forums and identifying ways to assist the community to participate in projects.
  • Provide advice and participate in communities of practice to improve and enhance the delivery of Agency communication services to the community.
  • Deliver branch administration, such as approval processes, invoicing, and work-in-progress documents, and monitor and report on all communication and engagement activity to support business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and event management skills. They will also have experience in developing and implementing communication strategies, coordinating events, and working with diverse stakeholders.
