\As the Development & Instructional Design Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning experience across Hostplus. Your expertise in adult learning principles and ability to translate complex information into engaging, actionable learning experiences will be invaluable. You will collaborate closely with the Organisational Development Team and various stakeholders to identify critical training needs, support the development and communication of content, and create learning sprints that inspire and drive our culture of excellence.\Key Responsibilities
\* Support the design of impactful, applied training strategies using best-practice design principles\\* Collaborate with the Organisational Development Team and stakeholders to identify critical training needs\
\* Develop and communicate high-quality training content\
\* Create learning sprints that promote knowledge transfer and cultural alignment\
\* Utilise and administer the Learning Management System to ensure optimal content utilisation and delivery\
\* Support the refresh of product and technical training content\
\* Enhance the onboarding experience by developing a suite of people leader content\\

\To be successful in this role, you will need strong collaboration skills, enabling you to work across teams and understand diverse needs. Your technical skills should include Learning Management System administration and content curation. You must be able to thrive in environments that require strategic thinking, creativity, and adaptability, particularly when creating learning solutions that resonate with diverse audiences. Estimated salary: AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum.-
