We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer to join our team at Hostplus. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the learning experience for our over 1.7 million members.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to design high-quality training solutions that promote knowledge transfer and cultural alignment. You will collaborate closely with our Organisational Development Team and various stakeholders to identify critical training needs, support the development and communication of content, and create learning sprints that inspire and help drive our culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Support the design of impactful, applied training strategies using best-practice design principles
  • Collaborate with the Organisational Development Team and various stakeholders to identify critical training needs
  • Develop and communicate engaging, actionable learning experiences that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Administer and curate content within our Learning Management System
  • Design and develop a suite of mandatory training, including blended models that build awareness and engagement with our risk culture and regulatory landscape

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have expertise in adult learning principles, strong collaboration skills, and technical skills in Learning Management System administration and content curation. You must thrive in environments that require strategic thinking, creativity, and adaptability.

Compensation Package

">

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Please note that this figure is based on industry standards and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
