Job Summary

The role of an Enrolled Nurse in rehabilitation services is to work within a multidisciplinary team, developing and implementing comprehensive care plans that are tailored to individual patient goals.

This position presents an opportunity to deliver high-quality nursing care in a rehabilitation setting, engaging with patients to develop and implement rehabilitation care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes, and identifying early signs of deterioration and escalating care as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
