
Caring Community Leader

At our 46-bed facility, we have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Manager to lead the delivery of person-centered care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating care plans, ensuring they are tailored to each resident's needs, and overseeing medication management and staff performance.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate care plans and ensure they meet each resident's unique needs
- Oversee medication management and staff performance
- Lead a team of professionals and provide mentorship and professional development
- Maintain communication with families and assess care plans
- Manage clinical incidents and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing and registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior clinical care role, particularly in aged care
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills
