Unqualified Support Worker

We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic and highly flexible individuals to join our community as a part-time support worker supporting areas within the South West region.

This role involves professionally delivering a variety of services including community outings, food, laundry, leisure, supporting hobbies and interests & domestic cleaning. You will ensure all living areas of clients' homes are kept clean and tidy, and safe from hazards. Additionally, you will provide respect and compassion to clients, support customers with transport to appointments and provide social support to customers spending time doing the things they love.

Requirements
  • Previous experience within an Aged Care, or Community Care environment desired - if you haven't worked in the industry tell us about your passion for older people
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Ability to ensure safety and wellbeing of clients are maintained
  • Drivers licence, and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Willing to obtain required vaccinations - 3x covid and annual flu vaccination
