Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing a wide range of domestic supports within the home and community setting
  • Supporting customers to engage in community-based activities that promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborating with customers to develop person-centred plans that identify life goals and outcomes
  • Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are implemented and followed
  • Performing administrative tasks, including expense and mandatory reports
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, enabling effective working relationships
  • Ability to follow Person Centred plans and assist individuals to achieve their goals and outcomes
  • Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration
  • Willingness to provide personal care and domestic duties support
  • Capacity to manage situations as they arise with patience and maturity
  • A Valid drivers license and willingness to use private vehicle (aligned with organisational motor vehicle allowance rebate)
