Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our multidisciplinary team as an Aged Care Worker.

About the Role:

This position is based at our 46-bed facility, where you will work closely with other care professionals to deliver person-centred care to residents. You will play a key role in supporting residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, helping them achieve their personal goals and engage in meaningful daily activities.

Your responsibilities will include promoting independence, coordinating with staff and nursing teams, and assisting with everyday tasks such as personal care, mobility, meals, household duties, and leisure activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

You are someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and can build respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, you will thrive in a team environment and contribute positively to a collaborative workplace culture.

Ideally, you hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar), or you are working towards it—or willing to obtain it.
