Property Professional Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced property professional to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate directly with senior leadership, gaining exposure to high-profile transactions and strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analyse transactional sales data and market share trends across various asset classes.
  • Databasing – identifying buyers and vendors for different asset types.
  • Provide financial and cash flow modelling for commercial properties.
  • Coordinate and undertake comprehensive financial and technical due diligence.
  • Prepare and assist with property and superannuation appraisals when required.
Qualifications and Skills

You should have tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, or a related field, and a Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.

You will need strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
