Summary:

To manage the day-to-day responsibilities of a Property Management Portfolio, ensuring a quality service to all clients/customers.

POSITION SUMMARY & PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

Belle Property Hope Island aims to provide competitive services in the real estate market, selling and managing residential properties. The overall mission of Belle Property is to ensure the provision of high-quality services that exceed customer expectations.

As a Property Manager, the responsibilities are extensive and varied; however, you will primarily be accountable for the overall management of residential properties on behalf of and to the satisfaction of the owner and the tenant. Responsible for working in a team, the individual will be expected to demonstrate commitment and loyalty and perform all duties following the organisation's office routines, procedures, and business objectives.

Managing Rental Portfolio and Administrative Tasks

  • Conduct inspections, promptly action maintenance and report defects
  • Monitor rent arrears daily and take action
  • Manage tenancy renewals
  • Follow up on property maintenance work orders
  • Conduct entry and exit inspection reports

  • Manage bond deposits and refunds

  • Preparation of the lease agreements

  • Ensure accurate filing of all documents
  • Answer phone calls as required

  • Participate in resolving tenancy disputes

  • Maintain high-quality standards in the delivery of services

  • Keep up to date with relevant legislation
  • Help develop the company culture and morale
  • Attend training sessions
  • Alert management to potential or known problems promptly
  • Attend to complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
  • To maintain a corporate and professional level of dress at all times
  • Other duties as required, as per typical property management duties
