Job Opportunity: Property Marketing Specialist

This role offers an exciting chance to be part of a dynamic property development marketing team, focusing on delivering campaigns and managing online presence.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage social media content across various channels, enhancing engagement and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate video testimonials and optimize content for display suites, highlighting properties in their best light.
  • Write engaging content, including blogs, development updates, and market-related information, showcasing expertise in the field.
  • Maintain and update property listings across all relevant online portals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Create and distribute targeted CRM mailers and buyer communications via Salesforce, fostering strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Oversee the presentation of display suites and marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive and professional image.
  • Assist with PR writing and media submissions, promoting properties and the company's brand.
  • Support and attend launch events and promotional activations, contributing to the success of property launches.
  • Provide backup support to the Sales Team as needed, ensuring seamless communication and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in Real Estate or Property Marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, for visual content creation.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content across various formats, including blogs, social media, and PR materials.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach, with attention to detail and multitasking under pressure.
  • A collaborative team-oriented mindset and positive attitude, with a genuine interest in lifestyle property and fast-paced business environments.
