Dynamic Marketing Role

This is a unique opportunity to step into the dynamic world of property development marketing with a team that embraces a culture of learning, earning and living healthy and strong.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to deliver and roll out campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Manage social media content and engagement for company and project channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Coordinate video testimonials and manage content for display suites to showcase properties in their best light
  • Write engaging blogs, development updates, and market-related content to inform and educate stakeholders
  • Maintain and update property listings across all online portals, ensuring up-to-date information
  • Create and distribute CRM mailers and buyer communications via Salesforce to foster strong relationships
  • Oversee the presentation of display suites and marketing collateral to ensure a cohesive brand image
  • Assist with PR writing and media submissions to raise awareness of the company's activities
  • Support and attend launch events and promotional activations to engage with customers
  • Provide backup support to the Sales Team as required to meet business objectives
Requirements:
  • A background in Real Estate or Property Marketing is essential for this role
  • Previous experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly regarded
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator would be an asset
  • Excellent writing skills are required for blogs, social media, and PR content
  • Strong organisational abilities and a hands-on, proactive approach are necessary to succeed in this role
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure are essential
  • A collaborative team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude is vital for success in this role
  • A genuine interest in lifestyle property and fast-moving business environments is desirable
