Job Description

This role presents an opportunity to become part of a dynamic team in property development marketing, embracing a culture that values learning, earning, and healthy living.

A Marketing Coordinator with fresh ideas, creative energy, and strong attention to detail is required to collaborate with the Marketing Manager in delivering campaigns and managing social media content across company and project channels.

  • Manage video testimonials, content for display suites, and maintain property listings across all online portals
  • Create and distribute CRM mailers and buyer communications via Salesforce
  • Oversee the presentation of display suites and marketing collateral

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Real Estate or Property Marketing, proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as excellent writing skills and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign delivery and roll-out coordination with the Marketing Manager
  2. Management of social media content and engagement across company and project channels
  3. Coordinate video testimonials, content for display suites, and maintenance of property listings across all online portals
  4. Creation and distribution of CRM mailers and buyer communications via Salesforce
  5. Presentation management and oversight of display suites and marketing collateral
  6. Assistance with PR writing and media submissions
  7. Support at launch events and promotional activations
  8. Backup support to the Sales Team as required

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in Real Estate or Property Marketing
  2. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  3. Excellent writing skills and organisational abilities
  4. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask under pressure
  5. Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude
