About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Damage Specialist to join our team. This role will involve conducting thorough site inspections, analyzing damage, and providing expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Possess Strata experience as a Loss Adjuster, preferably with Loss Adjusting qualifications or professional qualifications applicable to the Loss Adjusting industry

  • Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and claim management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting in restoring customers' lives where they've faced loss or damage to their properties. As a Property Damage Specialist, you will manage and complete Strata site inspections, ascertain cause and extent of damage, appoint trades/other relevant specialists, and provide a seamless end-to-end claims experience for the client.
