Support Client Independence as a Home Care Worker

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide personal care, social services, and domestic assistance to elderly clients who wish to remain in their homes for longer.

This rewarding role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, using an app to track important information and ensure their safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support clients with daily living activities
  • Assist with household chores and meal preparation
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to combat loneliness
  • Monitor client well-being and report any changes to relevant authorities

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use a smartphone and assist clients with theirs
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable registered car (driving is part of the role)
