Are you looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? As a Disability Employment Consultant, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve sustainable employment and independence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Source employment opportunities for your job seekers
  • Helping job seekers identify their skills, abilities, and secure employment
  • Delivering ongoing outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Increasing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services
  • Creating and implementing a joint job plan with the job seeker to support a clear pathway to employment
  • Building relationships with local employers and community organisations

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
