About The Role
We're currently seeking an experiencedAdministration Officerto join our dynamic Sales team at our Naval Base office.
In this role, you'll provide administrative support to a small team of Business Development Representatives and Sales Consultants, helping to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices.
Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and billing.
Generate and maintain sales reports.
Monitor inventory levels and liaise with logistics or warehouse teams.
Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
Assist with contract preparation and review.
Communicate updates regarding procedures and pricing.
Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administration support role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and confident customer service approach, with the ability to handle concerns professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and sales/order processing software.
Certificate III in Business Administration is highly regarded but not essential.
