Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to provide high-level administrative, financial and office management support to the Executive Director and management team within a dynamic division.

The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Division - overseeing procurement and invoicing activities, managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings and correspondence, and liaising with a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative and office management support

Requirements:

  • Experience in providing high-level administrative support
