Account Manager, Fundraising\

This is a key role within the fundraising team where you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing fundraiser clients.

\

As an account manager, your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

\

You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, design collateral and ensure that all promotional materials are of high quality.

\

Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting at public speaking events, advising fundraisers on social media and digital strategies, and ensuring that all interactions with customers are professional and courteous.

\

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in client management, preferably in a fundraising or sales environment. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Manage client relationships with key fundraising accounts
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns

  • Advising fundraisers on social media and digital strategies
