
Building Relationships, Driving Revenue

This is a key role within the fundraising team where you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing fundraiser clients.
\As an account manager, your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
\You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, design collateral and ensure that all promotional materials are of high quality.
\Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting at public speaking events, advising fundraisers on social media and digital strategies, and ensuring that all interactions with customers are professional and courteous.
\To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in client management, preferably in a fundraising or sales environment. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
\Key Responsibilities:\- Manage client relationships with key fundraising accounts
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns
- Present at public speaking events
- Advising fundraisers on social media and digital strategies
- Ensure that all interactions with customers are professional and courteous
