We're now looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Revenue Manager to join our leadership team. This is a pivotal role with the opportunity to make a real impact across our portfolio.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group General Manager, the Revenue Manager will:

  • Lead proactive revenue management across our 6 properties, driving occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR performance.
  • Oversee Central Reservations, providing leadership and guidance to the Reservations Supervisor and team.
  • Optimise distribution channels and inventory management to maximise revenue potential.
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing and Operations to deliver commercial strategies that enhance profitability and the guest experience.
  • Provide analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

About You

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Experienced in revenue management, ideally within hotels or hospitality.
  • Analytical, with strong systems knowledge and an eye for detail.
  • Confident working across multiple properties with different markets.
  • A natural collaborator, able to lead, coach, and build strong relationships across teams.
  • Commercially astute, with a passion for delivering results.
