About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Graduate to join our friendly and collaborative People & Culture team as an HR Generalist. This is a newly created role where you will provide critical support in various HR functions, including recruitment, learning and development, onboarding and offboarding, reporting and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment by advertising vacancies, screening applications, and arranging interviews.
  • Coordinating our Graduate and Vacationer recruitment and training programs.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and produce regular and ad-hoc reporting as required.
Requirements
  • A qualification in HR Management or a related field.
  • A keen interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to different stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable.
