- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR role
- Tertiary qualification aligned with the role
- Proficiency in payroll processes and understanding of Modern Awards
- Strong employee relations and change management experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships High attention to detail and excellent report writing skills
