Reliability and Planning Engineer

At Mondelēz International, we're leading the future of snacking with iconic global and local brands. As a Reliability and Planning Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets and ensure process stability
- Own technology and process expertise for equipment and centerline settings
- Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans
- Build technical and maintenance skills of technicians and lead PM systems and work processes
- Partner with Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of AM and PM standards and TPM tools
- Capability to lead a role for the line and qualify and coach next-level SWP owners
- Capability to work as a line leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line
