About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager II to join our Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) team. As a key member of the AKS Fundamentals team, you will play a critical role in improving platform reliability and stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Metric Definition and Tracking: Define and track success metrics for platform reliability, driving empathy for customer issues and ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Customer Pain Point Analysis: Learn from customers about their experience, analyze data, and prioritize customer pain points to inform program planning and execution.
  • Program Development and Execution: Launch and drive programs to address quality gaps in existing processes and products, fostering a culture of quality and excellence within engineering teams.
  • Roadmap Creation and Prioritization: Create and prioritize a shared roadmap across Azure Infrastructure services to improve reliability for Kubernetes scenarios, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
