Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience, plus up to $12,000 in Employee Reward bonuses available annually.

We offer an above award salary structure, ensuring you're fairly compensated for your skills and expertise.

Job Description

As a Mobile Paediatric Speech Pathologist, you'll work in a small team with significant autonomy, managing your caseloads, communicating with families, and implementing therapies. Our team operates closely, looking out for each other's unique needs and talents.

You will be seeing paediatric clients in the community or via telehealth, developing functional goals with families and building capacity in the child's networks to achieve those goals in their natural environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant accredited degree in Speech Pathology
  • Eligibility and membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • A Current NSW Driver's License and access to a vehicle
  • A Current NDIS Worker's Check or ability to obtain one
  • Fully vaccinated (3 doses) against COVID-19 or relevant Medical Exemption
