Speech Pathology Clinician

Plena Healthcare is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality mobile Speech Pathology services to adults living in residential aged care facilities and the local community.
You will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing clients' swallowing and communication difficulties, and providing effective interventions to support their needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to work in a close-knit team, with a strong focus on collaboration and professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage your calendar of appointments, with flexible working hours and the ability to choose your own schedule
- Assess and diagnose clients' swallowing and communication difficulties, using your expertise to develop effective interventions
- Provision of telehealth-based dysphagia and/or communication assessment and intervention, as well as potential national travel to support clients in regional locations
- Liaise with our national team of Speech Pathologists, as well as organisational staff, support coordinators, and colleagues to ensure optimum care needs are met
- Provide consultative and educational support to clients, their families, and colleagues, promoting independence and empowerment
