About the Role

This Operational Risk Associate role plays a key part in delivering operational risk and governance uplift across the division.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of operational risk and governance uplift across Australia Commercial
  • Development and execution of treatment plans across Australia Commercial
  • Assistance in creating reporting for risk management forums for Commercial Strategic Delivery as well as reporting for Commercial Risk Day as required
  • Non-Financial risk adoption and ongoing day 2 activities
  • Monitoring of risks and governance for Commercial Strategic Delivery
  • Embedding and supporting divisional risk management processes to increase the risk maturity and culture within Australia Commercial
