Safeguard Financial Integrity and Compliance.

Our organization is seeking a skilled Finance Governance and Compliance Officer to play a pivotal role in implementing a robust finance governance framework and enhancing our existing compliance framework.

The key focus of this role will be:

  • To assist in drafting and embedding finance governance policies and procedures
  • To support effective risk management and reporting in relation to financial practices
  • To ensure consistency with international headquarters financial audit guidelines and implement any recommendations from them
  • To collaborate with document and process owners to develop uniformity of financial practice

Key capabilities for success in this role include:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as commerce, accounting, finance or economics. CPA/CA (or progress towards) is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail & a high level of enthusiasm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to work in a team
