Job Summary

We are seeking a Resource Coordinator Specialist to assist in the coordination and monitoring of human, financial, and physical resources at Broome Regional Prison. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice on human resources policies, procedures, awards interpretation, industrial issues, and other complex matters.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating all aspects of shift and leave rosters to achieve efficiency and maximise resource use;
  • Providing advisory services on human resources policies, procedures, awards interpretation, and industrial issues;
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure effective resource allocation and management.

About You

To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • A competitive salary range of $87,712 - $92,057 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation;
