Program Coordinator for Statewide Clinical Programs

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to join our team at the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Bureau of Statewide Clinical Programs (BSCP) in the Division of Statewide Services.
**About the Role:**
This position will be responsible for analyzing data to inform policy, service utilization, and management decisions related to Article 16 Clinics and Independent Practitioner Services for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (IPSIDD). The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and analyze available data to inform policy and management decisions;
- Provide technical assistance and guidance on Article 16 Clinics, IPSIDD, and clinical organizations across the state;
- Assist in the development or modification of policies and procedures to ensure consistency in practice statewide;
- Communicate with voluntary providers, OPWDD staff, and other stakeholders to resolve clinical inquiries and provide technical assistance;
- Participate in workgroups or committees to research existing systems, explore best practices, and make recommendations to support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree and three years of professional program evaluation experience in a human services setting;
- Or one year of permanent competitive service as a Mental Hygiene Program Evaluation Specialist 2;
- Master's or higher-level degree can be substituted for one year of non-supervisory experience;
- Candidate must be reachable for appointment on current Civil Service Eligible List for this title;
- Candidate must have one year of permanent competitive service in the posted title and be eligible for lateral transfer;
- Candidate must be eligible to transfer via Section 70.1, 70.4 or 52.6 of Civil Service Law.
**Salary:** $63,674 - $81,411 per year, based on location and experience.
