About the Opportunity

We're seeking a commercially-driven professional to drive restaurant success on our fast-growing platform.

This isn't your standard account management role – our team consults on pricing strategy, venue performance, and operational improvements that directly impact a venue's bottom line.

You'll report into a Regional Manager, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of restaurants and serve as their trusted advisor.
  • Utilize platform data and insights to optimize venue performance and revenue.
  • Guide restaurants through setup, activation, and performance improvement cycles.
  • Identify and act on commercial growth opportunities.
  • Monitor venue performance and intervene early to support ongoing success.
  • Provide tailored support and maintain long-term relationships.
