About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team, responsible for driving restaurant success on our platform. Key responsibilities include optimising partner performance, strengthening retention, and contributing to revenue growth.

  • Manage a portfolio of restaurants as their trusted advisor.
  • Use platform data to help venues optimise their performance and maximise revenue.
  • Guide restaurants through setup, activation, and performance improvement cycles.
  • Identify and action commercial growth opportunities.
  • Monitor venue performance and intervene early to support ongoing success.
