What you'll be doing:
You'll be the heartbeat of Greca's front-of-house operations — leading, mentoring, and inspiring a passionate team to create seamless, memorable dining experiences. From daily service management to long-term planning, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume, high-vibe environment.
Key Responsibilities Include
Driving exceptional guest experiences with warmth and polish
Coaching and developing a dynamic team culture that's big on support and low on ego
Managing rosters, COGS, supplier relationships, and daily financial reporting
Collaborating closely with the kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
Playing an active role in recruitment, training, and performance development
Responding to feedback with grace, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset
About you:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in premium casual dining
A genuine love for hospitality, great food, and even better people
Impeccable attention to detail and guest-first thinking
Strong leadership with a hands-on, collaborative style
Financial acumen and experience managing operational KPIs
A calm, composed presence — even during the busy shifts
