About the Role

We are seeking a commercially-minded professional to drive restaurant success on our platform, optimising partner performance and contributing to revenue growth.

This isn't a standard role - our team consults on pricing strategy, venue performance and operational improvements that directly impact a venue's bottom line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of restaurants and serve as their trusted advisor
  • Use data and insights to help venues optimise their performance and maximise revenue
  • Guide restaurants through setup, activation and performance improvement cycles
  • Identify and action commercial growth opportunities
  • Monitor venue performance and intervene early to support ongoing success
About You
  • A natural communicator and relationship builder with a commercial mindset
  • Analytical thinker who can read numbers and turn them into actionable insights
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where no two days look the same
Requirements
  • 1-3 years in an account management, customer success or sales role
  • Experience working to retention or revenue targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
