Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of restaurants and serve as their trusted advisor
  • Use data insights to help venues optimise their performance and maximise revenue
  • Guide restaurants through setup, activation, and performance improvement cycles
  • Identify and act on commercial growth opportunities
  • Monitor venue performance and intervene early to support ongoing success
  • Provide tailored support and maintain long-term relationships
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Natural communicator and relationship builder with a commercial mindset
  • Analytical thinker who can read numbers and turn them into actionable insights
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where no two days look the same
  • Proactive, organised, and motivated to own outcomes for partners
  • Valid driver's license (this is a field-based role with travel to venues)
