Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of restaurants and serve as their trusted advisor
- Use data insights to help venues optimise their performance and maximise revenue
- Guide restaurants through setup, activation, and performance improvement cycles
- Identify and act on commercial growth opportunities
- Monitor venue performance and intervene early to support ongoing success
- Provide tailored support and maintain long-term relationships
- Natural communicator and relationship builder with a commercial mindset
- Analytical thinker who can read numbers and turn them into actionable insights
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where no two days look the same
- Proactive, organised, and motivated to own outcomes for partners
- Valid driver's license (this is a field-based role with travel to venues)
