Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Workplace Ambassador to deliver a best-in-class customer experience in our Macquarie Park campus.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be proactive and take initiative to ensure seamless interactions with staff, clients, and contractors.
- Provide a warm welcome and farewell to all visitors entering the site.
- Manage daily Mail Service operations, including processing incoming and outgoing mail for employees.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of stationery, parcel, and mail processes.
- Efficiently complete Courier bookings using current practices and procedures.
- Proactively resolve issues related to parcel or mail tracking, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough screening processes and inductions for internal and external contractors.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience by implementing process improvements.
- Perform Work Ready audits of office floors and log jobs with relevant teams as required.
- Support Property operations team members, including the Loading Dock, Workplace Concierge, and Front of House teams.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Recognize VIPs, guests, and building staff by name whenever possible.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds tenant expectations.
- Look for ways to improve tenants' experience within the building.
- Deliver memorable 'WOW' moments for our visitors and clients.
